Pope Francis: Avoid the ‘Terrorism’ of Gossip

Just a reminder for all of our lives:

Words are powerful -they can be instruments of love as well as weapons of war against a human heart. Someday when we die, God will hold us accountable for every word we speak.

Pope Francis says that ‘gossip is like a bomb,’ and jokingly compares it to terrorism. 

He warns us that gossip destroys the Church from within. 

We all have made mistakes in this regard, so let's try to be more like Jesus... Plus, at times silence and the heart speak louder than words anyway.

Let's rest a little more in silence to listen to what God tells us to say before we speak. We all would benefit from a little more silence and a little more listening to God's voice rather than man's...
