INTIMACY AND FRUITFULNESS IN THE SINGLE LIFE - CHRISTA LOPICCOLO

A good friend of mine from years ago -she lives a vocation like I did for many years. I have not listened to her retreat, but it sounds similar to the ones I shared with you all years ago -if you are interested here is a link.

Christa’s talk is a  shot in the arm for women beliaguered by an onslaught of negative messages about what it means to be a woman in today’s world. Using many images of women, Christa paints an accurate picture of women as God created them to be. Christa calls us to know and to live the truth of who we really are. Facing the difficulties of being a true woman in today’s world, Christa gives the encouragement we need to be the women we are meant to be.

This is the book I wrote (below) -it was based on my 30-page thesis for Ralph McInerny my senior year at Notre Dame...

This is still unpublished... please pray I find a way to share this anew... I have copies of the CD's of the retreats, but I think this is an easier form, perhaps, for people to read.

Maybe I should do a few posts in an even simplier form from my old 'Heart of Mary' weekly retreat hand-outs... I'll pray about it...
