Happy PENTECOST!!! 
A saint once said, “The greatest gift of the Holy Spirit is being united to the cross.” The closer we draw to Jesus crucified, being united with Him in Love, the more our hearts will be consumed by His Love, which is the Holy Spirit.
This Russian song is from my podcast for next weekend- but I wanted to share just this song with you today for the Feast of Pentecost. When you continue to say, “Come closer, Lord,” even when it is dark, you are alone or feel lost and crucified- it is then that the Holy Spirit is truly beginning to consume you in the greatest, most pure Love.
