Good morning!
I am so excited to share with you all a new book that was published yesterday by my Pakistani translator, Aqif. It is about his incredible life as a persecuted Christian in Pakistan and the amazing work of GRACE that God has led him to do -especially growing since he began translating and distributing all 6 of my books in Pakistan and 2 of them in Afghanistan. When people think of persecuted Christians, they often think of scared people hiding away trying to be faithful -but Aqif and the people he works with and serves are BOLD witnesses of faith who GO OUT to seek out the lost, bind up the wounded, enlighten those in darkness with the message of healing love that only comes from Jesus and His Mother.
My hope is that by reading his personal witness about his life
and the lives of many who we serve in Pakistan (and by perusing the many
photos) you will be inspired to continue to financially support our work of
printing and distributing books for free in the Middle East. PLEASE support
this heroic man by getting a copy of his book and spreading the message that
the Catholic faith is alive and well in the Middle East. "The blood of
martyrs is the seed of faith." And the blood of many Christian martyrs in
this land has been the seed of incredible faith in the hearts of her people.
Please share this far and wide!
Our Lady of Pakistan, pray for us!
"Memoir of Grace (Children of the Cross) helps us to see the wonders and miracles that God has provided through the works of Mary Kloska, a woman from the first world who has touched the hearts of those in the third world with her pure and sacred love. Mary’s books have changed the lives of many here in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and elsewhere in the world.
In this memoir, Pakistani translator and missionary Aqif Shahzad
looks at how Mary’s books have given light, life, and healing to wounded and
persecuted Christians. He reflects on his own experience with God and shares
his personal life journey of how God chose him, a simple person from a village,
for this ministry of Children of the Cross."
