Episode 29: Mary Kloska Speaks on the Holy Rosary and Her Book, “The Holiness of Womanhood “.

My new podcast this week is on the Rosary and my new book, the Holiness of Womanhood. Please listen, SHARE and pray both for the spread of this work in English, as well as all of my translations.

Description: In this episode, Mary speaks about the Rosary in this October Month of the Rosary. In her explanations of the mysteries of the Rosary, she connects each one to the various chapters of her new book, 'The Holiness of Womanhood.' She shows how each set of mysteries (the Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful and Glorious) corresponds to the chapters in her book and the various mysteries surrounding the gift of holy womanhood. In this episode the listener is guided through a mediation on the call to holiness in womanhood by stopping at each mystery of the Rosary and seeing how it was lived by Jesus, Mary and the other saints of Scripture. Surely this podcast will set you on fire with a deep understanding of God's great beauty in the vocation of being a woman.

Episode 28: Mary Kloska Speaks about St. Teresa of Avila and Pere Jacques Bunel

My radio program/podcast this week is on ST. TERESA of AVILA and the French Carmelite priest PERE JACQUES BUNEL, who died from the concentration camps.

If you haven’t seen the last few weeks about these holy Carmelites (St. Therese of Lisieux, St. John of the Cross, St. Edith Stein, Blessed Titus Brandsma) and how the found Union with Christ through the suffering of darkness, abandonment, rejection and sometimes physical pain of the Cross, please GO BACK and LISTEN. These are such important lessons for us all in the midst of such difficult times.

And please LISTEN to this week’s episode and SHARE!

Title: Episode 28: Mary Kloska Speaks about St. Teresa of Avila and Pere Jacques Bunel

Description: In this episode, Mary continues discussing the idea of how God uses darkness, abandonment, suffering and other experiences of the Cross to unite as one with the soul. She specifically focuses on the teachings of the Carmelite St. Teresa of Avila on this topic, as well as showing the reality of these teachings in the life of the French Carmelite Pere Jacques Bunel (who died from what he suffered as a prisoner in a concentration camp, shortly after it was liberated after WWII. ) Mary ties together this process of union with Jesus Crucified that God leads many of His saints through -including mystical sufferings, as well as exterior sufferings imposed by the world around them. Through it all she offers hope that suffering is actually a sign of God's predilection and a means to make one holy.

Episode 27: Mary Kloska Speaks on Blessed Titus Brandsma -Carmelite Priest Who Died in Dachau

Title: Episode 27: Mary Kloska Speaks on Blessed Titus Brandsma -Carmelite Priest Who Died in Dachau
Description: In this episode, Mary continues exploring the mystery of Jesus bringing a soul through darkness, suffering and even death in order to conform it completely to Himself crucified. She speaks about the life of Bl. Titus Brandsma, a Dutch Carmelite Friar who taught at the University, was involved heavily in journalism and quite outspoken against the Nazis and who eventually was imprisoned and died in the concentration camp in Dachau. Mary explains this holy friars spirituality of creating an 'enclosed garden' for God inside of one's soul, and how this sustained him and even helped him to grow towards union with God during his stay in the prison cells of several concentration camps. Drawing from his love of St. John of the Cross and St. Teresa of Avila, Blessed Titus was able to turn his prison cell into a paradise where he could meet with God. Please LISTEN and SHARE.

Episode 26- Mary Speaks about ST. EDITH STEIN AND ST. JOHN OF THE CROSS -UNION WITH JESUS CRUCIFIED

Title: Episode 26- Mary Speaks about ST. EDITH STEIN AND ST. JOHN OF THE CROSS -UNION WITH JESUS CRUCIFIED
My weekly Radio Program/Podcast today continues the theme of finding union with Jesus Crucified through darkness, abandonment and suffering. If you didn't watch the one last week about Padre Pio, Therese of Lisieux, and St. John of the Cross please do!! Its powerful stuff that they share with us! And please take time to learn from dear St. Edith Stein -a brilliant Jewish philosopher who became Catholic, a Carmelite and eventually was killed by the Nazi's in Auschwitz. She teaches us, like the other saints, how to find actual union with Christ through such suffering. Please click here to LISTEN. And please SHARE.
Description: In this episode, Mary introduces the listener to the life of St. Edith Stein (Sr. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross) and explains her spiritual relationship with and writing about St. John of the Cross. She shows, once again, how it is precisely through the darkness, seeming abandonment and suffering of the Cross, that a soul finds the highest union with God through Jesus Crucified. Mary not only shows how deeply St. John of the Cross impressed himself upon the thinking of this brilliant philosopher and Carmelite saint, but also how she made his teaching incarnate by her own suffering of the Passion with Jesus, which culminated with her murder by the Nazi's in Auchwitz. One can clearly see by meditating on St. Edith Stein's writing about St. John of the Cross, how these two saints were deeply united in heart through uniting with Jesus Crucified in life and in death. She explains how it is the fire of God's Divine Love that draws a soul through suffering into a total transformation of a mystical marriage to Christ.

Episode 25: Mary Kloska Presents on St. Padre Pio, St. Therese of Lisieux and St. John of the Cross

Title: The Darkness, Loneliness and Abandonment of Union with Jesus Crucified (According to St. Padre Pio, St. Therese of Lisieux and St. John of the Cross)
Do you ever feel abandoned, alone and in the dark before God?
Did you know that abandonment, loneliness and darkness are actually the path that God takes a soul on in order to bring her into union with Himself?
There is no path to union with God in heaven (which brings with it complete joy, peace and fulfillment) except for the path of the Cross -the path that takes us through union with Jesus Crucified.
Please WATCH and SHARE my podcast this week.
Description: In this episode, Mary speaks about the experience of darkness, loneliness and seeming abandonment that the soul endures in the spiritual life as it is united with Jesus Crucified. She draws heavily from the writing of St. Padre Pio, St. Therese of Lisieux and St. John on the Cross and their experiences of darkness and interior suffering as they journeyed towards union with Jesus on the Cross. It was precisely in their times of greatest suffering that they found the path to deepest union with God.

Fr. Larry Tucker, SOLT interviews Mary Kloska on Her New Music CD "FiAT." +

Happy Sunday!
This is especially for SOLT people and MUSICIANS! ðŸ˜‡ðŸª•💿🎶🎵
If you are interested at all in the background behind my music, Fr. Larry Tucker, SOLT spent an hour interviewing me yesterday afternoon about my new CD "FiAT." +
Please LISTEN and SHARE!!
We talk about my family, how the Holy Spirit taught me music, the heart and prayer and soul behind it all, how it relates to Dylan, David Bowie, U2, Neil Young, the Beatles (not that I am proposing these people as spiritual models ðŸ˜‚ -we were simply speaking musically speaking) and Irish Folk music, as well as my music's possible future influence on the music industry and especially on Christian Music. Its funny, I was just trying to do a little CD for Jesus -but Fr. Larry with his great experience in the music industry (he just released a very popular CD "So Shine!") really sees something special in what I have done in the 'FiAT' CD.
It is amazing to me that when you give Jesus absolutely everything, how powerfully He can work. I gave up my entire life in the world -a husband and children and worldly success and even using my education in a practical way -so that Jesus could have all of me for whatever He wanted forever. And now He helps me write books, paint icons, do podcasts, speak languages, write music... I am not sure what exactly I am primarily -musician, artist, author, etc,... all I know is that I am Jesus'... that's my identity... and He can do whatever else He wants with me.
If you haven't listened to my CD yet, please LISTEN FOR FREE on YouTube. Its also available on all music outlets.

My new website

I'm super excited to share with you that I finally have a website for all of my ministries. My rockin' nephew Nicholas Kloska suggested it to me and its taken forever the past two weeks for me to make it -probably since I've never done anything like make a website before. I put it in 12 languages which you have all contacted me in (unfortunately they didn't have several of the African languages) -but if you need it in another language not there, please just let me know and I'll set it up. I had to use the website translator for it, so I am sorry for the mistakes (if there are any). Hopefully, if people see everything in one place, it will spurn them on to help me with this through prayer, fasting, donated translations, spreading books, art, music, podcasts, etc., as well as financial support. EVERYTHING is appreciated.
Come Holy Spirit!
Please click the link below to check it out. There is also a section where you can email me from the website that connects up with my account.
Mary. Mary. Mama Mary... pray for us on this your sweet Name Day!

Guitar Lessons with Aunt Mary and S'mores Around a Campfire!

Nothing is better than this!
This is my joy and my sanity.
Guitar lessons with Aunt Mary around a campfire making s'more's and with a cup of coffee!
And I get to do this every Thursday evening!
We started out with praise and worship music and somehow at the request of the three-year-old we all ended up singing American Pie!
We all had a blast!
And a big thank you to Emily for grabbing my phone and taking these! I had no idea she had gotten this on video!

Pray the Rosary!!! -54 Day Rosary Novena from September 8 -October 31st

54 DAY ROSARY NOVENA FOR OUR LADY
September 8 (Feast of the Nativity of Mary) - October 31, 2020

“If there were one million families praying the Rosary every day, the entire world would be saved.” ~ St. Pius X

“Give me an army saying the rosary and I will conquer the world.” ~ Pope Blessed Pius IX

I pray the Rosary and Chaplet of Mercy Live (almost) daily on my Facebook page from 6am-7am, if anyone wants to join us then -or come back later to pray with us at your convenience.
All are welcome.
It is powerful to bring your own intentions for us to pray for along with the intentions others write in the comments or have written out at home.

I know that 6am is the time some people are getting ready for work and school, but you can have it on in the background so that your heart is praying with us as you brush your teeth and pack lunches. Or you can come back and listen to it later as you are driving to and from work. Or you can stop by, pray a decade with us and then go on with your day. It is your intention to be with Our Lady that counts before God, not the perfection with which you say each Hail Mary. Jesus wants you to come to His Mother as you can -'just do your best.'
Be a child in it.

If you are part of my sister's Blessed Mother Mary Group, they offer several Live Rosaries during the day besides my own at 6am. My sister Theresa leads one at 12:30pm, my brother Bobby leads one at 9pm, another lady leads one at 7am (starting just when mine is ending) and another man leads one at 11pm. They also live stream rosaries at 3pm from St. Pius in Granger and others at random times throughout the day.

To be honest, my favorite Rosary to pray along with when I am not doing my own is the Franciscan Brothers from New York -you can find it on YouTube here. My Rosaries have reflections between each mysteries, but these brothers simply pray the prayers and it goes pretty quickly.

Sometimes from 11-12am I will join in with the Rosaries being prayed Live in Medjugorje, Bosnia (you can find the Live Stream on MaryTV here). They pause at 11:40am (Eastern time) for Our Lady's apparition.

Most important to God is that you 'pray pray pray.' In Fatima Our Lady said that wars would be stopped simply through praying the Rosary and fasting.

"EVERY HAIL MARY IS LIKE A BLOW ON MY HEAD!"
Fr. Gabriel Amorth (Vatican's Exorcist - deceased) relates that the devil confesses in pain during an exorcism he witnessed, “Every Hail Mary is like a blow on my head. If Christians knew how powerful the Rosary was, it would be my end.” (Book: The Last Exorcist)
Fr. Francesco Bamonte (President of the International Association of Exorcists) writes how the devil confesses in pain about the rosary, "That damned chain and cross!" "It's crushing me, it weighs so much. This chain and cross are killing me!" "Take that chain away, take that chain away!" What chain? "The one with the cross hanging from it. She beats us with that chain." "She is the only one who 'kills' me. She always 'kills' me and always has 'killed' me. She crushes my head with her feet." (Book: Diabolical Possession and the Ministry of Exorcism)

Episode 23: God's Gift of PEACE

"Peace begins with a smile." -St. Mother Teresa
"Be at peace with your own soul, then heaven and earth will be at peace with you." -St. Jerome
"Who except God can give you peace? Has the world ever been able to satisfy the heart?" -St. Gerard Majella
"Let us go forward in peace, our eyes upon heaven, the only one goal of our labors." -St. Therese of Lisieux
Episode 23: Mary Kloska Speaks on God's GIFT OF PEACE
Description: In this episode, Mary speaks about God's gift of peace to the human heart. Using insight from Scripture and the saints, she explains how it is the fruit of the Holy Spirit working within a human heart, detailing how one can live God's gift of peace even in the midst of exterior turmoil or suffering. She especially invokes the help of Our Lady, the Queen of Peace, to help in establishing the reign of God's peace in society, as well as within individual hearts, today.

Donors for my ministry...

A few people encouraged me today to make a way available for people to monthly donate to my varying ministries. I set up this account and would be forever grateful for people's generosity.
Come Holy Spirit!!

God bless you and welcome!! My name is Mary Kloska and I am from Elkhart, Indiana. I was raised in a huge Polish family (12 brothers and sisters) along with a lot of foster babies and other needy people in and out of the house. I presently have 70+ nieces and nephews. I have lived a very unique life.

Upon graduating from Notre Dame in 1999 I spent almost 20 years in the missions serving the poor (including orphanages) as well as praying as a consecrated hermit all over the world –Siberia, Nigeria, Tanzania, South Africa, Philippines, Mexico, the Holy Land and all over Europe as well. Although I spent a lot of time away in silence praying, ironically I love children and I try to be very fun and outgoing when it comes to serving young adults, as well as the little ones. I also spent my time in the missions giving retreats, doing simple catechesis, leading prayer groups, giving spiritual direction, helping in deliverance, changing diapers, feeding babies and cleaning floors. After spending intense time serving in a mission I would withdraw for periods of ‘retreat’ as a hermit (including three years as an official diocesan hermit with vows under a Bishop.) The last few years I have spent as a fulltime nanny to infant triplets, twins and several large families.

I speak many languages (poorly) and enjoy playing guitar, painting icons, baking, gardening, reading, writing and simply filling in where there is the greatest need in the Church.  I really love to be outside in nature with a cup of good coffee (often from one of the orphanages I help in Africa). I have to work full time to support myself, but my heart is still hermity and so I try to include quite a bit of time for solitude and prayer daily. Coming forth from this time of prayer is a beautiful missionary ministry that God has entrusted to me including writing books and blogs, doing radio programs, podcasts, interviews and YouTube videos about the spiritual life, painting icons, writing music and filling in where I see a great need around me.

Your support will enable me to continue this ministry, as it is quite costly -providing everything from art and music supplies, to internet in my home, purchasing and mailing my spiritual materials to those who can't afford them, as well as supporting the poor in the missions where I have served. I also hope at some point to be able to provide respite care for foster babies.

Mary Kloska Interviews Canadian Sculptor Timothy Schmaltz About His Work

This is really worth your watch!
Last night I was able to speak with Timothy Schmaltz again for an hour and a half. He spoke about the beginnings of his work and explained about the spiritual aspect of being a sculptor. He tells about the Canadian Bishops petitioning for his statue (my favorite) called 'A Quiet Moment' -where you see St. Joseph holding Our Lady holding Baby Jesus -to be given to Pope John Paul II who wanted it for a Vatican chapel. He also explains much about my second favorite -his Padre Pio in the Confessional work -which he actually did in total solitude in his studio in China.
We accidentally never got to the part about his huge Dante project (he's doing it with my publisher). He is making sculptures for all of the Cantos that are being published with a new translation. I love Dante, but he's always been a hard read for me. This translation is super! And Timothy's sculptures that illustrate each one are incredible. They eventually will be bronze casted and they are looking for a venue in Italy where he can set them up permanently, but that is after he tours the US with them. They need donors for this project, but anything extra or that they make from it he has arranged to have donated to the Vatican charity with migrants. For his Dante work, see here:
https://enroutebooksandmedia.com/helpdantehelpitaly/
I hope you enjoy this interview as much as I did!

Episode 22: The Queenship and Titles of Mary

Episode 22 -Mary Kloska Speaks on the QUEENSHIP and TITLES OF MARY.
At the beginning there’s a great rendition of HAIL HOLY QUEEN if you only want to listen to that!
The second part is more like prayer than podcast as we pray through jillion’s of Mary’s different titles.
Description: In this episode, Mary explains what it means for Our Lady to be our Queen. She includes some quotes and writings from the saints, as well as papal documents on the matter. She also spends the second half of the program praying through the many, many 'titles of Mary'.
